Christmas in the Norfolk Broads
Wensum Valley Hotel Golf & Country Club is situated in the village of Taverham on the outskirts of Norwich. The 90 en suite bedrooms are traditionally furnished and equipped with TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. There is no lift but plenty of ground-floor rooms are available.

Wensum Valley Hotel Golf & Country Club
Wensum Valley Hotel Golf & Country Club is situated in the village of Taverham on the outskirts of Norwich. The 90 en suite bedrooms are traditionally furnished and equipped with TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. There is no lift but plenty of ground-floor rooms are available. The Valley Restaurant is blessed with lovely views, while the lounge and bar are comfortable places to relax. Guests enjoy complimentary use of the leisure facilities, which include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa bath & gym.
Day 1
We make the journey via Kings Lynn to Norwich and our hotel the Wensum Valley, tea/coffee and mice pies are served whilst our cases are taken to the rooms. Tonight During dinner we are entertained by the Taverham Brass Band.
DDay 2
After breakfast we head into Norwich, spend some time at leisure, perhaps get that last minute present, or simply relax over lunch in one of the cities many restaurants or cafes. Tonight's dinner is accompanied by live musical entertainment.
B, DDay 3
Happy Christmas, After breakfast, perhaps take a walk in the hotel grounds prior to a 5 course Christmas lunch. Coffee and cake will be served to accompany the Kings speech. A buffet supper is served tonight.
Day 4
Today we have a Morning tour through some of the magical Norfolk Broads, before returning to the hotel and a 3 course carvery lunch followed by an afternoon quiz. A buffer supper is served tonight.
B, DDay 5
We leave our hosts at the Wensum Valley hotel for the return journey home.
