Come with us to the Emerald Isle to for St Patrick’s day, celebrated on March 17th each year in honour of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. It originated as a religious feast day in the 17th century but has evolved into a broader celebration of Irish culture and heritage.
From our base in Westport, our superb itinerary takes us to the stunning Kylemore Abbey and gives us a taste of tradition at Glen Keen Farm with a sheep herding demo and Irish music session! We also take a day trip to the beautiful islands of Clare and Achill, rich in history, breathtaking scenery and sweeping beaches.
This scenic tour takes in beautiful Killarney and its stunning National Park, the fabulous Dingle Peninsula and the spectacular Ring of Kerry. Not only is the area's breathtaking natural landscape an attraction in itself, but it is also home to some of Ireland's most popular tourist attractions, including the characterful Killarney jaunting car horse and carriage rides.
Our base of Enniskillen is recognised as one of the UK's most welcoming places and Ireland's best kept large town and here, we experience the fascinating history of Fermanagh at every turn. Our visits include Ireland's oldest pottery producer, the pretty Georgian House of Florance Court, a Lough Erne cruise and the fascination Ulster Folk Museum.
