London Theatre - Billy Elliot & Oliver

Billy Elliot Against the backdrop of the 1980’s miners’ strike in a northern English town, the story follows Billy, a young boy who discovers a passion for ballet after stepping away from the boxing ring and into the dance studio. His determination to pursue his dream challenges expectations and transforms not only his own future, but also the lives of those around him. Returning to the west end after 10 years this powerful journey with music by Elton John is a moving celebration of courage, family, community and the life-changing power of following your dreams.

Oliver Set in 1830s Victorian London, we follow orphan Oliver Twist as he escapes the workhouse and after meeting the Artful Dodger, becomes involved with Fagin and his gang of young pickpockets. When wrongly accused of theft, Oliver is taken in by the kind Mr Brownlow, who offers him the loving home and family he has always wanted. However, Oliver is caught between the dangerous criminal underworld and the chance of a better life.
