Jaunt Through Killarney & Run Rings Around Kerry

Day 1

An early morning departure as we travel to Holyhead and the afternoon sailing to Dublin. We then travel to the outskirts of Dublin and our overnight stay at the Aspect Hotel . Dinner in the hotel.

Day 2

After breakfast we have a leisurely journey across the central plains of Ireland via Cashel, home to the iconic Rock of Cashel one of the most visited attractions in Ireland. Cashel's rich history and heritage is reflected in its prehistoric paths, mediaeval monasteries, fortified town houses, and Georgian Cathedral. Dinner at the Gleneagle hotel In Killarney followed by live entertainment.

Day 3

We begin our day in style as we step back in time and experience one of Ireland's most traditional modes of transport, a jaunting car horse and carriage ride directly from our hotel! After seeing more of Killarney and the beautiful National Park from this unique perspective, we then spend the rest of the day at leisure in Killarney. Dinner in the hotel followed by live entertainment.

Day 4

We enjoy a scenic drive along the breathtaking Wild Atlantic Way this morning en route to the colourful town of Dingle. We enjoy the stunning scenery and stop at beautiful Inch Beach to take in its 4 miles of beautiful sands and views over Dingle Bay and the mountains of Kerry. We have free time for lunch in Dingle and a stroll around this bustling authentic Irish town full of pubs, quaint shops and eateries. Dinner and entertainment at the Gleneagle hotel.

Day 5

Today, we are joined by a local guide as we experience a stunning drive around the mystical and unspoilt Ring of Kerry, one of the most spectacular circular driving routes in Ireland. The drive provides us with an insight into the area's ancient heritage and allows us to marvel at the fantastic views of its stunning scenery. Final dinner and entertainment at the Gleneagle hotel.

Day 6

We leave Killarney after breakfast and head along the south coast of Ireland, via Cork and Waterford to Wexford and overnight at the Talbot hotel. Dinner in the hotel

Day 7

After an early breakfast in the hotel we join the 08.45 sailing from Rosslare to Pembroke. On arrival in Wales we return home, arriving back early evening.
