Emmerdale & Coronation Street

Day 1

1 A morning departure as we begin our Emmerdale adventure travelling to Otley, (Hotton in the series). We enjoy time here before moving on to the tiny village of Esholt where the show was filmed for decades before residents wished to reclaim their village and a replica filming village was built. After spending some time looking around we head into the Woolpack Inn where we have arranged for a drink. It is the original Emmerdale Woolpack and the only 'soap' pub where you can get a drink. We then travel to Wilmslow and a 2 night stay at the Best Western Plus Pinewood Hotel. Dinner in the hotel.

Day 2

We have the morning at leisure in Manchester There are a wide range of activities to explore including museums, art galleries, shops, restaurants and bars and after lunch we head to the ITV studios for our Coronation Street Tour,join Weatherfield's finest and experience the magic of Coronation Street up close. Explore the famous cobbles as you stroll past Roy's Rolls Café or check out Kev's car shop - Webster's Auto Centre. Wander past The Kabin, and see the most action-packed pub in the North West, The Rovers Return. Later we return to the hotel in time for dinner.

Day 3

After Breakfast we begin our journey home and en route have an included visit to Harewood House, one of the Treasure Houses of England,set in over 100 acres of landscaped grounds, the Georgian building is elegantly furnished with beautiful Chippendale furniture, silk covered walls and original Robert Adam ceilings.
