Christmas Markets, Festive Cruise & City Delights

Day 1

A morning departure as we head to Manchester and a chance to experience the festive magic of Manchester as the city centre comes alive with its famous Christmas Markets. With hundreds of stalls spread across a number of locations, there is plenty of opportunity to browse for unique gifts, enjoy delicious seasonal treats and soak up the lively Christmas atmosphere. We than head to Liverpool and our hotel the Aloft. Dinner in the hotel .As the Liverpool Christmas Market is open until 10pm, why not take an after-dinner stroll for a cup of mulled wine or a hot cider at one of the market's bars and soak up the festive nighttime atmosphere.

Day 2

This morning, we have time in Liverpool to explore the Christmas Market by day and browse the amazing range of stalls full of unique gifts. Choose from jewellery, Christmas ornaments, hand-crafted leather items, clothes and a range of delicious culinary treats of delicious cheeses and festive tipples. Afterwards, we are treated to a 2-course Christmas Lunch Cruise on-board the Floating Grace, the city's only floating restaurant , the captain will give an informative commentary as we cruise through all 8 docks. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 3

A morning departure as we head to Chester, here you can marvel at this wonderful city with its world famous Row Galleries, the most complete city walls in Britain, famous Eastgate Clock, Cathedral and fantastic high street shopping, plus explore the Chester Christmas markets with 80 wooden chalets full of unique gifts. We leave late afternoon for the journey home.
