Antiques Bargain Hunt with David Harper
A very interesting 2 day break. Try to pick up a bargain at the North West’s largest antiques centre plus bring your own antiques along (small items only) to find out how much they are worth as we enjoy an entertaining after-dinner talk from your host David Harper.

Try to pick up a bargain at the North West’s largest antiques centre plus bring your own antiques along (small items only) to find out how much they are worth as we enjoy an entertaining after-dinner talk from your host David Harper. Learn more about the world of antiques and get expert tips and advice on buying and selling. A fantastic opportunity to get specialist advice from one of Britain’s best loved antiques presenters. David Harper is well known for his appearances as an expert valuer on TV programmes such Antiques Road Trip, Bargain Hunt and Flog it.
Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa
An historic hotel, built around a Grade I listed mansion, offering high class accommodation and spa facilities in a wonderful setting. All en suite rooms have TV, complimentary WI FI , and tea/coffee making facilities. Indoor swimming pool . Lift
Day 1
A morning departure as we head to Nantwich and a visit to Dagfields, established over 30 years ago, Dagfields is the largest Crafts & Antiques Centre in the North West. Explore 7 giant vintage emporiums and discover treasures from over 300 dealers. Each passenger will be given £10 to try and find the most interesting bargain. We leave late afternoon for the short journey to the Crewe Hall hotel, time to settle into our rooms before dinner in the hotel. After dinner we will have an insight to the world of antiques from David Harper and he will be able to tell you if you have bought treasure or trash as we get expert tips and advice from one of Britain’s best loved TV presenters.
Day 2
After a leisurely breakfast in the hotel we head to Ashbourne , often called the "Gateway to the Peak District," but it’s especially famous for its cluster of antique shops along Church Street and in the town centre. Time to put David Harper’s tips into action. We leave in the afternoon for the remainder of the journey home.
