The Rosemundy House Hotel
Nestled in its own private grounds just off the main street of the picturesque village of St Agnes, Rosemundy House Hotel is a delightful, family-run haven offering a peaceful and relaxing escape on the stunning Cornish coast. All rooms are en-suite and thoughtfully equipped with flat-screen TVs , hair dryers and hospitality trays. No Lift but ground floor rooms available.
Day 1
A morning departure as we travel south to Cornwall and our hotel, the Rosemundy House at St Agnes. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 2
Our first visit today is the charming seaside resort of St Ives famed for its picturesque cobbled streets full of pretty fishermans' cottages and stunning beaches and also known for its artistic connections, in the afternoon we continue onto Lands Ends , one of Britains best loved landmarks, famous for its unique location, natural beauty and stunning scenery. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 3
Day at leisure in St Agnes. Dinner at the Rosemundy.
B, DDay 4
Today, we head south through the Cornish countryside to Falmouth. This charming town sits on a peninsula beneath the headland crowned by Pendennis Castle. Its picturesque and bustling harbour, along with palm tree-lined streets, makes it an ideal place to spend the morning. We spend the afternoon at Trebah Gardens, set on 28 acres, this lush subtropical garden features glades of towering tree ferns, rhododendrons, camellias, and a private beach overlooking the Helford River. Dinner at the Rosemundy.
Day 5
Morning visit to Mevagissey, a traditional Cornish fishing village, where you can wander the narrow alleyways, browse gift shops and art galleries or sit overlooking the working harbour. We spend the rest of the day at the amazing Eden Project , nestled in a huge disused clay mine crater where massive Biomes house the largest rainforest in captivity, stunning plants, exhibitions and stories serve as a backdrop to the striking contemporary gardens. .Dinner in the Rosemundy.
Day 6
This morning we visit the fabulous Lost Gardens of Heligan 25 years ago Heligan’s historic gardens were unknown and unseen; lost under a tangle of weeds. It was only the chance discovery of a door in the ruins that led to the restoration of this once great estate. Today, The Lost Gardens have been put back where they belong: in pride of place among the finest gardens in Cornwall. We return to St Agnes mid afternoon for some time at leisure before our final dinner int the hotel.

After breakfast we return home.
