A wonderful two day break combining the delights of vibrant Leeds and a sensational opportunity to become a part of the drama and discover the magic that lies at the heart of ITV’s iconic television series at the new Emmerdale Studio Experience! Discover the much-loved surroundings of the Dingles, Bernice’s Salon and Smithy
Cottage, hear fascinating facts on some of the soap’s biggest storylines and get the gossip and stories from the studio floor as a guide takes you on a unique tour of the programmes former studios. We also include a Pub Lunch at the Woolpack!
Mecure Leeds Parkway Hotel
We stay at the 3-star Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel, set in a tranquil spot near the Yorkshire Dales. This hotel is just a short walk to the city centre, next to Golden Acre Park wildlife reserve. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is available in the 118 stylish guest rooms and throughout the hotel. Sample the international menu in The Brasserie, have a drink in the cosy Lounge Bar or relax on the onsite Health Club.
Day 1
We travel to Leeds. The vibrant and popular city of Leeds attracts more visitors a year than many traditional seaside resorts and as the only city outside of London with its own repertory theatre, opera house and ballet company, it’s easy to see why. This afternoon we become part of the drama of Emmerdale and discover the magic that lies at the heart of show by visiting The Emmerdale Studio Experience, a brand-new visitor attraction in Leeds. (Entrance Included. Tour is approx 1½-hours).
DDay 2
After breakfast at the hotel this morning, free time in Leeds before we enjoy a buffet lunch at The Woolpack. Afterwards, we begin our journey home.
