For an island that is just 33 miles long and 13.5 miles wide the Isle of Man packs in an awful lot for coach holiday visitors to see and do. The stunning natural landscape ranges from the mountain of Snaefell to the beautiful sandy beaches of Peel, Port Erin and Ramsey, the rocky cliffs of its coastline to the natural beauty of the Calf of Man.

The Empress Hotel
A wonderful retreat for all the family, and in a beautiful setting, overlooking the open seaside. We have a range of fully refurbished rooms to suit most requirements. With the recently refurbished Brasserie Restaurant, Piano Bar, TV Lounge and Conservatory overlooking the Promenade with seaviews and 104 bedrooms, the Empress is a perfect place to base your time on the Isle of Man. Leisure facilities include a small gym, sauna, steam room and a beauty therapy suite.
Day 1
We travel to the Isle of Man on an early afternoon ferry from Heysham before continuing to our hotel in the popular town of Douglas.
DDay 2
Today we board the Snaefell Mountain Railway, winding its way to the Island's only mountain, Snaefell’s summit, where breathtaking views await. Afterwards we visit the most famous landmark on the island, the great Laxey Wheel.
B, DDay 3
We discover the south coast today, beginning with a trip aboard the Isle of Man Steam Railway. We board the train in Douglas and travel through the countryside to the resort of Port Erin. We then continue by coach to The National Folk Museum at Cregneash.
B, DDay 4
After breakfast at the hotel enjoy a scenic tour of the island, our journey follows a section of the famous TT Motorcycle Racecourse.
B, DDay 5
Return journey home.
