We visit the Wensleydale Creamery, deep in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, we go behind the scenes at the Black Sheep Brewery in Masham, and we discover York’s chocolate-making history at York’s Chocolate Story.
Mercure Hotel, Leeds Parkway

Day 1
We travel to Leeds, free time here before we check in to the Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel.
Day 2
This morning we travel to the North Yorkshire market town of Masham for a ‘shepherded’ tour of the famous Black Sheep Brewery and sample some of the products in the ‘baar’. There’s also the Sheepy shop, full of ‘ewe-nique’ gifts. Next we travel through the magnificent scenery of the Yorkshire Dales to Hawes and the Wensleydale Creamery. Afterwards there’s free time to explore the village.
B, DDay 3
Today we visit York and York’s Chocolate Story. York’s great chocolate making families of Rowntree’s and Terry’s have played a major part in the history of the city. Today we find out more with a visit to York’s Chocolate Story, a city centre attraction that follows the chocolate-making process and reveals the secrets of popular brands including Kit-Kat, Aero and Terry’s Chocolate Orange. After tasting some chocolate the day is free to explore the historic city, its quaint cobbled streets and the magnificent York Minster. Our coach will depart York at 16:00hrs.
